Orders — every sale in one list

Every paid checkout — product, course, service, booking, community tier, bundle — becomes an order with a gapless invoice number and a receipt the customer received by e-mail.

• Status: Pending (checkout started, unpaid), Paid, Refunded. Paid orders unlock what was bought automatically.
• Open an order for the line items, the customer, the payment reference at your gateway, the receipt, and what was granted (download links, enrolment, booking).
• Resend receipt, mark fulfilled (for anything you deliver by hand) and refund (done at your gateway; the order updates itself).
• Export to CSV for your accountant.
