Bookings and availability
Set when you can be booked; people pick a slot, pay if needed, and get reminders. Reschedules and cancellations handle themselves.
Availability
Weekly hours per day, buffers between sessions, minimum notice, maximum per day, and blocked dates. Define session types (length, price or free, location: video link, phone, in person, or a link you paste). Your booking page is /book on your domain; each service can also link to a specific session type.
Bookings
Each booking shows the person, the session type, answers to your questions, payment, and the meeting link. Confirmations, reminders (24h and 1h) and follow-ups go out by e-mail — and by push if they subscribed. Clients reschedule or cancel from their confirmation within the rules you set; you can do either from here.
Time zones are handled: visitors see slots in their own time; you see them in yours.
