Flows — when this happens, do that

A flow is a trigger (someone subscribes, buys, books, joins a tier, tags added, visits a page, goes quiet) followed by steps: wait, send e-mail, send push, add tag, create task, notify you, branch on a condition.

Start from a template (Welcome series, Abandoned checkout, Post-purchase, Booking follow-up, Win-back) or blank. Switch a flow on; every person who meets the trigger enters it once. The flow shows how many are in each step and what they did.
