Roles: Owner (everything, billing), Manager (everything but billing and deleting the workspace), Editor (content and audience), Support (inbox, bookings, orders). Invite by e-mail; the invitation expires in 7 days.
The activity log records every meaningful action with who and when. Devices lists active sign-ins per person; sign one out or all.
