Where AI work is metered, which provider does it, and what the assistant is allowed to do.
Every AI action (drafts, optimisation, assistant replies, transcripts) uses credits from your plan's allowance; usage is itemised here. Bring your own provider key to use your own account instead. Set limits: what the assistant may promise, when it must hand to a person, and which features may use AI at all.
