I'm running my 1:1 coaching with three part-time people now and we're spread across five tools that don't talk to each other. I keep telling myself the setup is fine, but every handover from me to them costs a day. I'm trying to work out whether consolidating is a real time win or just a project I'd regret starting mid-cohort.
