What you are buying: a scoped move from one supported source platform into one Gbeya workspace, for USD 1,999 one-time. The package covers supported exports of up to three courses and 100 lessons, 10,000 permissioned contacts and five offers. We map the available fields, configure the agreed destination, check imported records and content, and agree the cutover steps with you. A handover session and two revision rounds are included.

Before purchasing: tell us the source platform, content and contact counts, and which data you need preserved. We confirm export availability, supported fields, access and included scope. A platform cannot always export every field; the agreed scope identifies what can and cannot be moved.

What happens next: you provide authorised source and destination access and the available exports. We agree a delivery schedule based on the inspected source, review the imported material with you, and obtain your approval for the cutover. Two revision rounds mean two consolidated sets of feedback on the agreed work.

Platform subscriptions, source-provider charges, extra sources and custom integrations are separate. Passwords, card data and payment mandates are not treated as portable data in this package. Portfolio and Agency plans advertise concierge migration: confirm your included entitlement with us first and do not purchase work already covered by your plan.
