Established coach, 14 clients, but referrals have dried up — where do I actually go from here?

I've been coaching full-time for about four years now, mostly career transitions for mid-career professionals. My practice grew almost entirely on referrals and it worked — I'm at 14 retainer clients across the year, which is roughly where I want to be.
The problem is the referrals have slowed to almost nothing in the last six months, and the last three discovery calls went nowhere. I don't know if I should be building something more deliberate — a pipeline I own instead of waiting for other people to mention me — or if this is just a quiet stretch and I'm overreacting. I've tried posting on LinkedIn, more consistently for about three months, and got maybe two leads out of it, neither converted. Honestly I don't know what's working and I can't afford to spend another six months guessing.
And I don't know how to price this if I do try to build something — I've only ever priced on what referral clients were willing to pay.
Before anything else: who referred you, and are those people still sending?

Referrals don't dry up, you just stopped asking — that's the usual cause.

I'd ignore the LinkedIn numbers for a second. Four years and 14 retainers is a real book of business — you're not starting from zero, you're starting from a list of people who already paid you. When my referral flow slowed, the thing that moved fastest was going back through past clients for the specific reason they hired me. Not 'anyone you know' — 'who else in your position is dealing with X.' Got three intros in two weeks. It's slower reach than posting, but it converts, and it tells you what your actual offer is before you spend money on a channel.
