I run sponsorship and ad ops for a handful of small brands, and I've built my whole pipeline on referrals so far. That's run out. I've tried cold email — got replies, no closes — and posting on LinkedIn for three months, which brought in people who like the content and never buy. My problem is I don't know if my offer is wrong or my audience is. Which variable do you separate first?
Client acquisition — how do you get in front of people who actually buy?
What a useful answer should help achieve
A clear way to separate an offer problem from an audience problem before spending more months on either.
Already tried
Cold email (replies, no closes), consistent LinkedIn posting for three months (engagement, no buyers).
Constraints and unknowns
Solo, so every hour spent testing is an hour not billed — I can't run both experiments at once.

Your follow-up is the problem, not the offer. Most people who reply to cold email need five touches before they buy and almost nobody does them. Fix that before you rewrite anything.
