I've been struggling to convert my audience into a paid membership, so I tried something different. Sent a single email asking: 'What's the one thing you're stuck on right now?' No links, no pitch. Got 11 replies out of 68 opens. None mentioned wanting a membership, but three asked if I do 1:1 work. Might be telling me something.
