Week 1: I stopped chasing leads and made them come to me

I run a small group programme for data consultants and my follow-up is genuinely bad — I answer the first message fast and then vanish. So this month I'm testing something small: no chasing at all, just one clear next step in every reply. Three weeks in, so far it's mostly telling me how bad my baseline actually is.
