What you are buying: implementation of one agency workspace and up to three client workspaces, for USD 4,999 one-time. Using existing supported Gbeya capabilities, we configure the agreed branding and domain, reusable templates, workspace permissions and client-onboarding steps. Training, handover and two revision rounds are included.

Before purchasing: we agree your client use cases, supported branding requirements, workspace structure, templates and access roles. You provide brand assets, approved content and authorised account and domain access. White-label refers to the branding supported by the selected platform plan; it does not mean ownership of the software or a bespoke software build.

What happens next: we confirm the implementation scope and schedule, configure the agency and client workspaces, review the onboarding path with you, and deliver training and handover. Each revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work.

Agency and client platform subscriptions, extra workspaces, custom integrations and bespoke development are separate. The Agency platform plan already includes features and account support; this fee pays for the defined setup work. Confirm included onboarding or migration entitlements first so you do not purchase work already covered by your plan.
