Please read it carefully. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Building a creator business depends on many factors outside our control — including your own effort, skill, offer, market, pricing, audience and timing. Any examples, case studies, figures, projections, screenshots or testimonials shown on the platform or in our marketing are illustrative only, are not a promise or guarantee of results, and should not be taken as typical. Each Workspace on gbeya.com is independently created and operated by the creator or business that owns it. Gbeya does not create, author, endorse, verify, monitor or take responsibility for the content, offers, products, services, courses, prices or claims published by a Workspace or its users. Any transaction, booking, purchase, subscription or other dealing between a Workspace and its end-customers is solely between those parties, andGbeya is not a party to it. Reliance on any Workspace, or on user-generated content, is at your own risk.

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms and services (for example payment, video, email or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability or practices of any third party. Including a link or integration does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third party is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

Any statements we make about our roadmap, planned features, future functionality or direction are forward-looking and provided for information only.
